Thyroid hormones are essential for metabolism and development
in all vertebrates. I aim to advance my knowledge of molecular
mechanism of thyroid hormone synthesis in health and disease, via an
integrative structural biology approach centered on cryo-electron
microscopy, visualizing thyroid components across scales: from
proteins to organoids.
